It is a great honour for CEDEC to collaborate with MJII on the Integrated Circuit (IC) Design Bootcamp, which takes place from June 20 to July 1, 2022. This program is designed to produce more talents in the IC Design field and also to enhance students' interest in IC Design as preparation before entering the industry
The officiating ceremony began with a talk by Assoc Prof Dr Asrulnizam Abd Manaf on the topic “Evolution of Flexible Electronics Technology In The Era of IoT and Artificial Intelligence Toward Future Sensor Technology”. It continued with Mr Zulfiqar Ali Abd Aziz with the topic “Integrated Circuit Design: History, Present and Future”. During this two-weeks program, students will be exposed to Mentor Graphic Software, focusing on Analog layout techniques and some Analog Design theory. Students will also be given a project and will be evaluated after the end of the program. We hope that by participating in this program, students will gain more knowledge in this IC Design Field and have a great enthusiasm on it.
